Active Phytochemicals:

Traditional Uses: Used for nausea, removal of gas in the stomach and intestines, diarrhea, athlete's foot. It is one of the most powerful germicides and it increases circulation and helps to promote digestion. Cloves contain an active chemical, its active ingredient, called Eugenol which is a major pain reliever.

Traditional Uses: Pyorrhea, Burns and to prevent infections of many kinds. Used medicinally for centuries for respiratory ailments.

Traditional Uses: Regulation of blood cholesterol, reduction of fevers, common cold (the first stages), relieving menstrual cramps, relieving morning sickness, getting rid of motion, and/or sea, sickness, increase the flow of urine, when taken hot.  The active enzyme Gingerol, inhibits the blood from clotting.

Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)

Traditional Uses: Leaves were used to make a tea for sailors out to sea – hence the name – of a strong flavor and not really recommended as large doses can have a somewhat toxic effect. Also used to disinfect wounds and heal skin conditions and rashes.
